Let downed survivors crawl under downed pallets.
I was thinking about this one today. Dropping a pallet on a downed survivor pushes them out from under it. That's fine, but there's a space where someone crawling could fit under. Does it harm gameplay? Not really, the killer can break the pallet and the survivor could be pulled out. (Or forever stuck in the pallet like the old glitch)
Mite b cool.

Kinda a pointless mechanic

Imagine though. You are a slug, munching grass and observing your surroundings for music playing predators. You hear a faint sound. It's almost like a church chorus is holding a note. You are compelled to slither towards it, but there's a downed pallet in the way. So, like any other slug looking for delicious bloodpoints does, you begin to travel around the tile to reach the center.
You're almost there. Shame that pallet was in the way, the musical predator has found your quarry and eaten it for bloodpoints. All you can do now is sit there until salt consumes your slug body or allow the predator to eat you. If only you could have crawled under the pallet...

How is it pointless? It would force the killer to break the pallet to pick you up. It's a good idea. Should've been a default game mechanic.

It buys you about a solid 2 seconds of time in that situation. You could make the Unbreakable argument, but you'll get downed. "What about UB+SG?"
Why are you running UB and SG? That's big mean.

After you crawl under the pallet, the killer waits patiently while you bleed out :-)

It's "big mean" but I see it all the time though. You forgot to add DS to that lump of toxicity lol. That seconds gives your team precious time to make a flashlight save or forces trapper to break a well trapped pallet so he can hook you. It just makes sense for that to be a mechanic.

However, the killer can use the classic
"HeHe Fu*k You U Bleed Out Now I Don't Care Your Friend Escape"

They do that already. So what's your point? It's a good idea for a game mechanic and I'm sure survivors would find creative uses for it.

I do not think killers usually down somebody only to sit on them as they bleed out from the dying state.
And it really helps nothing unless said survivor is running soul guard ans unbreakable. But let's assume that the survivor can't get up while directly under a dropped pallet. If the survivor wants to get up, they have to emerge from the pallet and risked getting picked up. If the pallet is safe, then yes, it is useful only with certain perks.
The good news is that this wouldn't act as a hindrance to any survivor. But let's be honest, this only gives lazy killers a reason to break pallets.

Obviously you've never seen a whole team slugged. It happens. A lot.
I'd say that they should have to crawl out from under it to get back up but you could use it to 99 your unbreakable and such.

U didn't bring up a whole team being slugged. Check again.
That's a good strat, but if the killer breaks the pallet it does nothing. It's so easy to counter every use for this mechanic.

I'm just saying that I've seen killers down people and just stand on their bodies. It happens. Slugging happens.
Yeah you could counter it by breaking the palllet. Lots of mechanics in this game are designed to be countered. That 2 seconds it takes to break the pallet can give your team that last sliver of time needed to make a flashlight save or sabo the nearest hook. It's a good idea for a game mechanic. Plain and simple.
