    It's not my definition. It's the rules' definition. 3rd party programs are banned if they provide an unfair advantage. Voice chat is openly (the devs stated this openly) allowed. Therefore, for the purpose of the definition, they're not unfair.

    And bvhr can't implement these changes. They can't even ban for communication abuse if the console messaging is used.

    You saying they can do anything about it has no source except yourself.
