PC - Survivor stucked in hook

Heya!

I was playing Freddy on Autohaven Gas Heaven map. I found a survivor stucked in or behind the hook in front of the gas station. The survivor wasn't able to get out of the hook nor was I able to hit her. I don't know, how she got stuck, because I didn't hook any survivor there before. To end the game I needed to close the hatch.

    I just had this issue in my match in Lampkin Lane.

    PS4- UK- Midnight.

    Other survivors couldn't get them off the hook and they had constant down status and three crows around their head? (I'm a new player, not sure if the crows are relevant!) Me and the wraith were left, understandably confused. They got me and when I spectated I was spectating the killer, not the 'hooked' survivor, the survivor on the killers screen was downed by the hook's base. They also had to close the hatch to end the game.
