Friend requests / invites

I'm on PC and I have had one friend request from someone I don't know and I have no option to cancel it.
I also have a pending invite to someone I don't know, I'm pretty sure I didn't send, and no option to cancel it. Sometimes this one goes away but it always seems to come back.
It's driving me crazy. How can I remove these?

I think there is an option at the bottom of the options to decline all friend requests.
