Stuck in the ship on The Pale Rose (PS4)

A nurse grabbed me out of the locker as I was trying to run out of it and hooked me. Somehow I got teleported into the ship and was stuck the rest of the match. It may have been from my action getting confused with the animation. Clip attached for reference.
