3rd Person Killer POV; Cant do any action besides M1. Both happened after the Billy hooked me.

This was on PC. I got downed by the Billy through his chainsaw. He hooked me then that bug happened. My status icon still displays I'm still downed but I'm actually hooked. Idk if the other players can still unhook or not. This was the first time I've encountered this bug
