SWF Unplayable, keep getting seperated from my friends (one of us gets into lobby alone)

Description: When i queue with my friend either of us as host, when a match is foudn only 1 of us is sent into the killer lobby, the other is stuck in the swf screen still searching for a match
Steps: idk, play SWF at night GMT+8 ?
How often: All day
Also sometimes we get Unknown error.
