Killers have no terror radious while moving.

in Bug Reporting

No monitor on . Can get static blasted across the map , but cant hear any terror radious .

    what was thier perks? Tinkerer? Dark Devotion? Furtive chase decreases TR while in a chase. did you have oblivious applied to you at any point during these encounters?
