Player not on hook, teleported 2 floors up BUG (not hacking)

Played as Hillbilly on The Game map.
hooked a survivor in basement. He was unhooked and i downed and hooked the unhooker.
He was then pulled from a locker in basement and hooked on the back hook.
His character model then did not show up on the hook.
When chasing another player on the TOP floor of The Game i saw his character model floating in the struggle faze.
When he was unhooked he stayed on the top floor instead of being in basement.
Character: Hillbilly
Perks: Enduring, Thanatophobia, BBQ and chilli, Infectious Fright
Map: The Game
Frequency: only this bad this one time. Have seen minor character displacement by maybe a meter before though.
