Disabling Teachable Perks

There are a lot of things I would do differently if I started playing the game now. A big one would be to be much more careful with unlocking teachable perks. I have almost all the killer perks unlocked now and getting the perks I like to use regularly unlocked is a serious pain since I have so many garbage perks to filter through. What I would like to see done is make it so when you have all 3 teachable perks unlocked on a character, you have the ability to toggle one of them locked.

For example, if I have Predator, Bloodhound, and Shadowborn unlocked on the wraith I would be able to turn off Shadowborn and have that perk not show up as a perk option on the bloodweb. This obviously wouldn't effect active bloodwebs. I feel like the current system punishes long term for decisions that were made without full knowledge of how the game works. This seems like a fair compromise.

the bloodweb is suppose to be random if you want the perks then just farm until you get them like i did for nea i was fine with leveling up to 50 and then 30 after until i got self care just take your time and eventually the bloodweb will be forced to give the perk to you

I know exactly how the bloodweb works. The grind in this game is real. I have multiple killers at prestige 3 with all available perks at rank 3. When this new killer comes out there will be 51 perks available. Assuming an average of 50,000 blood points per blood web that is over 7.5 million blood points needed to get all the perks at rank 3. For one killer... What I'm proposing would at most reduce the grind by 13 perks. That seems pretty reasonable to me.

I agree with OP. I was oblivious to the fact that you can skip the 1st teachable at level 30 and just go for the 2nd at level 35. I unlocked "Knockout" as a teachable on The Cannibal as I thought this was a prerequisite for "Barbecue & Chilli" to appear on the bloodweb.
