[UPDATED] Partial healing progress is no longer "saved"

Description: Interrupting a partial healing resets progress to zero.
Steps to reproduce: Have a survivor (not you) partially heal an injured survivor, or have the injured survivor use Self-Care, and stop the interaction. When you attempt to finish the healing, the progress will have been reset.
How often does this occur: Always. Seems to occur if you (healer) have the perk We'll Make It equipped.
