Issues with The Blight
Despite the changes from PTB to make him less clunky, he still needs more to feel less awkward.
First and most importantly: the lunge out of Lethal Rush. It needs WAY more control, it feels like its impossible to land on a survivor that 360s you or that gets behind trees and corners. Its very frustrating to make a sick bumping play only to be countered by the survivor simply turning to one side or getting behind a tree.
Secondly: his camera is too low to the ground. It's very hard to follow survivors, especially after a fatigue and in maps with tall grass. This is even more detrimental for a killer like The Blight who needs line of sight to use his power effectively.
Thirdly: he needs to be able to hit while on a Slam. This combined with the unwieldy lunge makes it so a lot of the times, if you are right next to a survivor, you cannot hit them (and that is incredibly frustrating). To balance this out maybe make it so you can't do it on the first slam, it would have to be on a slam after a lethal rush.
Finally, and continuing with the trend of tracking, he should be able to move his camera freely on fatigue. When you miss a hit (which happens often), the fact that you can't turn your camera arround to see where they are going is huge and, especially combined with his low FOV, translates in a LOT of cases of losing survivors mid-chase.
The Blight is a very satisfiying killer when he works, but can also be very frustrating when you feel like you outplayed a survivor but they can still easily dodge you. He really has a lot of potential so I hope these issues are adressed.

First of all, if you face a decent Blight (there are some already, trained by PTB) then the stiff lunge is the only counterplay I can think of at the moment. After missing such a lunge, the cooldown is pretty short, so you are even unlikely to get into cover afterwards in several situations.
On size I agree. He is as small as hag. And combined with the speed in his power, it is the most annoying thing to deal with. And I think that changing the camera position (or size of the killer) is nothing that would give experienced Blight gamers a big advantage either.
Third imo correlates with first. Part of counterplay. Don't design the power so that it is super easy to hit. You don't want a second Spirit here.
Not sure about the last part. Regarding the low cooldown I think this is not necessary, when the camera is fixed

The counterplay shouldn't be "you can avoid getting hit out of his power 100% of the time" because right now that's how it is. It's incredibly easy to move out of the way of his lunge. He needs more control in it. I'm not saying full control. But better than what we have right now.

The issue is that the counterplay is way easier to pull off than what The Blight player has to do to get the hit. The Blight has to pretdict, plan a route, aim the bumps correctly and then hit. As a survivor you only have to move to the side. Appart from that, I do think there is other counterplay: stay in loops (where he cannot use his power most of the time), put a lot of objects between you and him, loose line of sight and be unpredictable, go to where he is going to slam, and obviously usage of pallets and windows but that goes without saying. At least that's what I've been struggling with while playing Blight.
That being said, I understand your worries of (yet) another uncounterable killer. It is not my intention to not give survivors any coutnerlpay, just to make him less frustrating, clunky, and a bit more fun.

Yeah, I think the suggestion most commonly held is to make his lunge out of power more like oni's, rather than spirit.
