Quiet rush vaulting without Quick and Quiet

Description of the issue: When rush vaulting a pallet or window, it will not make an audible noise on my side as the survivor performing the action. I am unsure if the same is true for the killer's perspective.
Steps to reproduce (if possible): Rush vault a window or pallet without Quick and Quiet.
How often does this occur: At least three times.
