PC- Hatch Bug on Haddonfield

5 minutes ago, we tried to do the escape through hatch with the key quest- but it didn't work.
We tried with 2 survivors- they had a key, tried to open the hatch, M1- open the hatch- was showed too- but then nothing happened- surv were standing and gliding around the hatch- but that was all- hatch didn't open.
