UI/HUD does not scale, noticeable on skill check at 1440p/4k

The skill checks and HUD are smaller on 1440p/4k than 1080p, I've noticed this when I wanted to try 1440p and wanted to stop using 1080p resolution. HUD/ Skill checks seem to be 25% smaller than from 1080p. Either this involves a windows 10 fix (windows scaling type fix) or somebody out there already found a quickfix but you have to research it.
