Survivor stuck on hook // Killer can't use anything besides M1

I had 2 games today when I hooked a survivor and he/she was stuck on hook with a frozen timer. At the same time, the killer can't use anything besides M1. Can't open lockers, use his secondary ability, break pallets, vault etc. Getting stunned by a pallet wouldn't help. At the end the killer or the survivor stuck on hook has to dc, so the game can end (endgame won't kill the survivor who is stuck).

The other players told me that it looked like I (the killer) was still carrying the survivor. In the second game it looked normal. However: They could see the floating survivor who is stuck in the hooking animation.

The player who got stuck told me that he couldn't see his character or move is camera. His camera was placed somewhere above me and he basically saw stuff from my perspective and how I turned my camera.

This issue is known and happened to me already. Luckily it was rare.

Now it seems like it happens a lot.

I can't tell if it's with special killers tho. I played Huntress and Deathslinger.

If someone has a similar issue, please tell me.

I'm going to be posting my own report of this in a bit if I can't find it anywhere else but I took clips of this from my survivor perspective yesterday.: https://youtu.be/_y0F9gw3SuA

The only difference with what I experienced is that I could rotate the camera. It was basically treating it like I was spectating a survivor.
