Doctor Red Stain dissapearing

Platform: PC

Issue: The doctor red stain dissapear's when using Discipline and applying madness tier II or tier III to a survivor.

Basically the red stain it's transfered to the survivor and the red stain that the doctor has, dissapears, in order to make it appear again, the doctor must down said survivor and will regain the stain

I just had a match against it but I am not sure how often does it occur.
