NOED BUG / GLITCH No Exposed Status Effect

Not a hack, imo, some form of glitch where Exposed status effect icon doesn’t appear.
Deathslinger has NOED equipped. Exposed status effect icon never appears on screen and sfx doesn’t play to notify survivors of impending instadown danger.
I overwrote the clip and never got a screenshot of the results screen before DBD app was suspended during the clip editing.
Should’ve jus kept the whole clip, but it takes forever to upload to YouTube.
He 4kd & probably wasn’t aware of the bug/ glitch.
Unfortunate. Hope someone posts a discrepancy with more evidence.
