PS4 - Rift challenge counter glitch

I was playing on Sanctum of Wrath as Feng Min against Blight with the third time's second chapter's Escape Route challenge active. I escaped two or three chases before dying. After, at the results screen, my challenge counter was at -50 million out of five and counting up (i.e, -50 to -49 million and so on.) rapidly. When I went to the tome, I found the challenge complete. I wish I knew how to replicate this glitch, but I have no idea. It's not a game-breaking issue, but I figures I ought to note it for the bug squashers. I apologize if this is a duplicate report, as I did not find it reported elsewhere on the subforum.
