Rank Bug? My Rank Dropped to 4 Ranks?!

Hello. Yesterday, I was playing DBD on PS4 as Killer for a few hours. I was rank 10, and when I closed the game I was still rank 10. But later in the night, I got back on and I noticed my rank was now 14?? I don’t how that happened. I only just closed the game and turned off my PS4 then on again hours later. I know ranks for reset yesterday, but my rank should have stayed the same. My killer and survivor had pips in the ranks and the rank should have just only cleared there not drop to 1or even 4 ranks. Also, my survivor rank dropped from 8 to 9. I saw comments from other users who had the same issue especially on console. I hope my ranks can get fixed back to normal. This bug feels so discouraging for me to play.
