Stutter issue still happening

Im still getting the stutter issue even after the hot fix for survivor it happens a little but not to bad for killer its awful to the point i can't even play killer.

Same thing still happening to me.
I had hoped to get some friends into the game during the free weekend, but those plans fell very flat due to this :(
