Bundle exclusive cosmetics

Are you still able to get the bundle (chapter) exclusive cosmetics when you bought both characters with cells? 2 years ago I bought Michael and recently bought Laurie. I also bought Freddy and Quentin a few years back as single characters because I didn't know about the bundle exclusive items.

Yeah you need to buy the whole DLC and you will get it. No other way to obtain those cosmetics that I know of..
i have the same problem, but I decided for myself that it’s not worth it (though I would really like to have Laurie, Quentin and Tapps other cosmetics!!)
