Free BP Codes Not Working - PS4

I've tried to use multiple bloodpoint codes that have been sent and at least two have not worked. The first being Entitypleased...when this first happened I ignored it. Then the 2nd code came out and it worked for me and now the third code does not work. I took a video of what happens when I try to enter a code, I put the correct code in click done and accept and it repeats the same steps over and over.

This is incredibly frustrating as I know there are a ton of other glitches in the game to fix and I appreciate your hard-work. However, this is something that when I speak to other people (including streamers) they do not have the same issue. I'm very disappointed because its something others are getting for free and I'm not. Beyond that I've spent 100s of dollars on this game between the DLCs and cosmetics. I really greatly appreciate getting the bloodpoints I deserve.

    Lets be fair here, this is simply just you thinking you deserve something because you showed extra support. The amount of dollars has nothing to do with the free BP codes. No one truly deserves the free BP, they simply gather it. I am fairly certain its your own frustration adding into this, but dont let your frustration turn into entitlement. Just some constructive feedback.

    As for the glitch itself, as far as I know, if you share your console with someone else, it might be that they already redeemed the codes and cant be redeemed a second time on the same console, either way, that is a big issue, so I am bumping this thread too in the hopes the devs will address this, because like you said: "other people are recieving something for free while you are not". And that is unfair no matter what.
