Hag traps under hook.
So, I noticed there's a way to set hag traps close enough to the hook so that when the survivor is unhooked & trapped in an animation they set off the traps and there's nothing they can do about it/no counterplay & it's essentially a way of camping without having to stand under the hook. This issue definitely needs to be looked at by the dev team.

You should probably post this in the bug report section and include steps to reproduce.

Hag main here. Never seen what you're experiencing, personally. You can set traps that have their trigger radius covering the hooked survivor, but it shouldn't trigger during the unhook. The only time I've had a trap set off when someone's been unhooked is if they walk/run straight away.
Do you hold crouch while being unhooked, and keep it held until you're away from the trap?

Does it still recognize that you're crouching if you're stuck in an animation? I had a match where whenever someone's feet touched the ground during their unhook, it'd immediately set off traps.

It does recognize it. If you just hold crouch as you're being unhooked it will not trigger the trap.

That's good to know--but also kind of niche info?

You're saying it's not common knowledge?

No? It's common knowledge that you crouch at hag traps but not that you can hold down crouch when getting off hook.

Well if there was a trap under the hook and you know it's there, and you know you have to crouch to prevent a trap from triggering, it seems like common sense to know you are going to need to be crouch immediately on unhooking. The idea of holding the crouch button while being unhooked to not risk a split second of you not being crouched after the unhook if you didn't hit it fast enough and triggering the trap seems obvious to me. Like if the only thing I knew about Hag was that not crouching triggers her traps (assuming I'm a new player), that would have been the first thing I thought of when I was getting unhooked, especially as I watched the guy crouching over the trap to rescue me.
I don't mean that in a rude or offensive way at all if it comes off that way.
