Change his killer instinct range addons to be

"Moderately/Considerably/Tremendously reduce the feral frenzy cooldown(stun) duration when the legion does not swing.


Moderately: 1s

Considerably: 1.33s

Tremendously: 1.66s


Stacks, but the weaker addon has its effectiveness by 50%

    It had a reason why they increased the fatigue. This is not gonna happen

    I would like to see something like "allow one miss during Frenzy" or "increase kicking speed during Frenzy"
