Killers getting stuck after a head on stun

Killer gets occasionally stuck to the side of the locker after being head on stunned and cannot always get out of it.
I got stuck yesterday as Spirit and only got out after a minute with a post phase lunge. Saw a video on reddit today of Hillbilly getting stuck as well and he didn't get out with his sprint.
I played at Coal Tower map yesterday and the Hillbilly in the video was at Autohaven.
Platform: PS4 on both occasions.
