I want my money back for the chapter 16, is a scam
You presented a product, you tested it in the beta, they accepted it like that at the end, that's why I bought the dlc because you taught me what the content already confirmed would contain, if you change the product or take things away from the product, that already It is called a scam because I pay for what you taught and if you are going to be changing to that product you are ripping me off, I want my refund back because I did not spend my money for something that you lied about, you are changing the content that you offered

It is a live game. They may nerf/buff/change what they want.

That does not justify that they scammed me for something they taught and in the end they change it, it is my money to spend for something they offered and in the end they are taking it from me

No. So many other games do this. They change their dlc live content.
