Blocked killers in secondary accounts ps4

Hi, im having a trouble with this:
I have a secondary account in my ps4 where all the killer i bought with auric cells (not the ones i bought the full chapter) are blocked while this was not happening in the last updates. I suppose it happens too with survivor but didnt see it, sorry.

AFAIK because it's a purchase with Auric Cells and not a full DLC purchase, the character that's bought is linked to only the account that purchased it. Hence not a bug.
