Unhook animations unsynced.

Description of issue: When unhooking a survivor, both the unhooked survivor and unhooking survivor's animation will be completely unsynced. The unhooked survivor will start too low, and their neck with clip into the hook. The unhooking survivor's animation plays too fast and their arms go lower than the unhooked person's torso.
Steps to reproduce:
- Unhook a survivor.
How often does this occur: Every single time.
