Dead Hard not blocking damage.

Description of issue: Dead Hard often doesn't block damage, and leaves you exhausted in the dying state on the ground, having taken the hit instead of it being avoided.
To reproduce: Hit somebody right when they dead hard.
How often does this occur: About 1/3 of the time.

Its called latency, either play ahead of you opponent or use a easier 2nd chance perk
