In one of the challenges for season 1 it has kill all survivors in a single trail. I did that and I didn't get the trophy for it on PS4. Is their a bug or something for that trophy not popping up. Is their a way for me to get this trophy or do I have to grind again😣

This isn't a bug - the trophy/achievement is just very poorly described.
What "Blood on your Face" requires is an Ebony Mori offering and mori-ing all 4 survivors in a single match. You can also get this achievement by using Hex: Devour Hope and mori all 4 survivors after the perk has 5 stacks.
