Swamp collision, getting Stuck as survivor...

Early in game I was able to walk up an unspecified ground object but next time couldn't . Then later on I was around the Killer Shack and there was a green double tree object I was walking around and I got stuck in it's collision right in between. I was "M1" by the killer but at the lower end of the tree (his perspective was different???) I got picked up but was in a stuttering state of animation then went back to normal.
I was on the west side of the double tree, M1 at southside at tree and picked up NW of the double tree.
Killer Shack was North and 2 Story boat at South, Pier at East.
Green Double tree was SE of Killer Shack before downhill slump.
