So what if Cruel limits...?
Blocked pallets as well?
The thematic idea of the perk is to punish survivors when they think that they've got the advantage by trapping them.
The gameplay idea of this perk is to finally punish the guys that do gens in your face.
So, if blood pact exists (and apparently blocking pallets is a huge deal becausr it is a hex) then why not have that effect apply to cruel limits as well?
Once they do a gen close to you, they have no way out. You get a hit to trade for a gen that was just lost and the 32 meters make it so that the survivor has a huge pressure to get out of there immediately (if you catch them off-guard they could easily run into a blocked loop and when they realize it would be too late.
This might make cruel limits and actually reliable perk, not meta, but definetly something that could be considered useful for a few builds (Which would be a massive step-up for this perk in dire need of help)

Yeah, the current version of Cruel Limits is weak, and is still probably weak even with its range buff on the PTB. I think either of the following would make it more worthwhile:
- Have it block pallets and windows within 32 meters like the original post suggests. At least that way if you do happen to be in the area of the completed gen this perk is going to make it much more likely to get a hit on a fleeing survivor. As it is even with the windows within 8 seconds of the compelted gen blocked there's still likely a pallet loop to avoid a hit.
- Have it block all windows on the map with no range limit. It only happens five times per match and, if it doesn't block pallets, survivors can still use them of course. But at least if it didn't have a range limit on the window blocking you'd be guaranteed to basically have blocked windows possibly affecting whoever you happen to be chasing at the time the gen is completed.
Basically a perk that only goes off 5 times per match should be pretty good when it happens and Cruel Limits just isn't that good.

Agreed, and your point would make the perk so much more fun and dinamic.
Imagine a survivor trying to jump into a window, but all of a sudden the window is blocked by a completed gen and the player goes "Noooo! Curse you, cruel limits!"
