Possible (Needed) Clown Buffs
I just recently got Clown but after a good number of games I have been finding him to be extraordinarily weak when compared to other killers. I think his add-ons and normal ability need an increase in strength to make him more on-par with other killers. Some suggestion I think are:
-Stronger Hindered Effect
-Make the Exposed effect of the strongest add-on caused by the gas, even if for only 3 seconds.
-Make Survivors Wobble a bit when affected
-Faster reload movement speeds
Just a few smaller things to make the bottle effect more effective.

fix the reload, why do I need to do the whole animation for one bottle. For the love of god. don't do a charge system.

I would just have the intoxicated effect last for .5s for the cloud +1s for a direct hit. The duration is too short.

Make survivors unable to see the Red Stain and suffer from mono-directional sound when intoxicated. Remove the vaulting noises. It'd help the Clown so much in terms of mind-games.

by "wobble", I presume you're suggesting sporadically inconsistent survivor movement speed while in the gas to make it harder for survivors to judge accurately where they will be by the end of the effects' duration.
I would like to see that in a PTB for sure, because that sounds interesting.

An advocate of place-able totems, an "untethering from obstacles" pallet interaction (required before pallet usage), and the removal of Exposed from tier 1 Devour Hope.
Also supports changes to how many survivors need to be present to start repairs on a generator.
