Got slow down to a crawl as Ghostface

I was playing as Ghostface on Midwich and doing just fine, until I fall down from the upper floor to the ground and after that I got slow down to a crawl.My camera keeps stuttering and my hands are twitching uncontrollably and I'm slower than a walking survivors.What is happening?
