Blight Lethal Rush Pallet Break. Bug or Feature? (No Add-on or Spirit Fury)

Platform: PC, although it may possibly be all platforms.
Description: Blight instantly breaks a falling pallet when lunging in Lethal Rush. No Spirit Fury or pallet breaking add-on was used.
Steps to reproduce:
- Use power as Blight.
- Activate Lethal Rush mode.
- Rush towards a pallet that's being camped by a survivor.
- Survivor should smash the pallet on you at the same time you're lunge-attacking during Lethal Rush.
- Pallet instantly breaks and you are stunned, but not by the pallet, instead it's by your power, therefore you're still allowed to move forward at a very slow pace for a second or however much time the power recovery stun lasts.
How often does this occur?: This is the first time it occurred to me. I wasn't recording or anything, so I have no screenshots of this happening, but it happened about 5 minutes ago.
