Stuck on killers shoulder No Collision with walls. can vault.

Point of view perma stuck at killers view could move my character somewhat normally i think idk.
no collision could heal no clue about unhooking gens or Gates.
How it happend i got downed and the hag was just walking a few seconds b4 she hit somone taking a hit the game frooze and i got dropped. 1 survivor teleported on my pov. and then got back in shack then i realised i could not wiggle and when i got to basement i started recovering
