Screen Resolution Broken on 1080 X 1920 PC

After the 4.2.1 Hotfix, my DBD is playing at what I assume is a higher resolution then my screen size. I start DBD, everything is normal, but when I get to the "Press Button to Start Menu", my game glitches out for a second and then becomes highly stretched. Trying to navigate the menus is difficult as I usually have to click higher than where the button is actually on screen. I can leave full screen and everything becomes normal, but this problem happens again when I renter fullscreen. I've tried messing with Usergamesettings.ini, but no dice. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I haven't been able to play DBD since 4.2.1 and I really have wanted to play it.
