The game needs to be much more new player friendly
I love playing the game, but ive hit a wall where im only killer rank 10 and i only go against survivor rank 1-5 and they are all max prestige with every perk they want and im stuck trying to grind new killers with basic perks and only 1 slot available. The game needs to give you every perk unlocked lvl 1 but to upgrade the perk you should level up the killer the perk belongs to ( lvl 1-10 is tier 1, level 20 is tier 2, level 30 is tier 3) that way there is still a grind for unlocking new people and encourages playing new people, but doesn’t let older players stomp out new players. Just my thoughts if anyone feels to chime in on other possible solutions

Unfortunately there isn't really a solution to this. They won't automatically unlock perks because it reduces the grind that they swear this game doesn't have too much of.
