CONSOLE FRAMERATE IS BREAKING THE GAME

• Platform: xbox (specifically a day one xbox one)
• Description of the issue
Framerate freezes for a brief moment, but is enough to end any chase that isnt in the open
• Steps to reproduce (if possible)
The games frame rate freezes everytime; somebody, or myself uses dead hard, bloodlust activates, 2 or more survivors disturbing the cornfields (mainly due to bad ping in my experience), and when multiple "sound visual queues" trigger at the same time (gens, fast-vaulting etc)
• How often does this occur
Minimum 7 times a game, sometimes in my favour, more often than not it isnt, due to pc and better consoles being uneffected/less effected
