Stuck in the Crotus Prenn floor

So, as I was helping a friend getting out of a Trapper's trap this happened to me. I wasn't able to move neither was the killer able to pick from the floor (when I was in the dying state I didn't even appear on the screen lol). Has this happened to somenone else? (I searched for a thread regarding this topic but couldn't find it). I play it on PC.
