Where can I report a speed hacker?

Title.
I have two clips of the same person doing it. Where can I submit those? Just the same place as bug reports?

No, we do not accept reports on the forums.
In order to report someone you must first do an end game report - this is mandatory in all cases. Then send additional evidence (video etc) to Support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us
