Bring back DC penalty
As the title says we need the DC penalty back as matches are getting ridiculous with people DC'ing after their first down.

There is an ongoing issue that causes havoc with the DC penalties (specifically Bans). Some unscrupulous hacker types have played with IDs and moved the Bans on the wrong people. I expect they are trying to figure out a way to work around that. My own suggestion, given in all humility I assure you is:
Habitual Disconnects
This Player will be routed into a separate Que which is made up of other people who habitually disconnect. How many disconnects in what period of time qualify would be something the DEV would have to decide (I'm not qualified). People in this Limbo Que will have to play with their own ilk. They will have to complete a certain number of games without disconnecting before they are allowed back in with the rest of us. I expect this Que would be slow and filled with frustration. I can't imagine anyone would want to be int there twice. And if they come back to the adults Que and continue the behavior they can go right back in there.
