Key won’t unlock hatch - Yamaoka

Had a skeleton key, found the hatch (before final gen was finished. 1 gen left and two survivors total) on Yamaoka and the prompt to unlock wouldn’t show. Gave the key to the other survivor and it didn’t work for them either.
