Strange Lag over a period of time

Hello Devs,
i had a strange Bug a few minutes ago. Was it a Lag ? A Lagswitch ? A Bug ? My connection was fine.
Just take a look at this Video. The whole Game runs smooth for all, untill the Huntress hit me the second time.
The Hitbox "Lag" issue is allready known. What followed after the killer downed me, never happent to me in 2,6k hours playtime.
Please Check the Video and give me a Feedback what happend here.
I was glitching arround the map untill she hooked me in a strange way.
