Description of the issue:
Sometimes, I find the perks that I already own on Bloodweb. It’s fine if the tier is different, but it’s exactly the same.
Steps to reproduce (if possible):
Just spend some bloodpoints on a survivor.
How often does this occur:
Approximately once in 5 levels up.
