Killer Suggestion: The Dishonored

Let me hear your opinion on a military oriented killer. I'm thinking the killer could be from the Korean/ Vietnam War era or maybe from a more recent war. Additionally, to really make the killer unique, have the killer be a collective of all soldiers from all wars. If the devs went down the path of all soldiers,, maybe the killer could have multiple powers (chosen before entering a pre-game lobby). Regardless of which era the killer was from, their power should be reconnaissance based.

This killer's power would be the use of one or more dogs. Primary Ability Scout: your dog is sent off to investigate a distant location. The dog moves in a straight line until they collide with an object (wall, gen, locker, other obstacle). The dog would bark if it came within 8 meters of a survivor while also outside of your terror radius (to prevent killers from following their dog all game). Dogs DO NOT chase survivors they only notify the killer of the general location. Secondary Ability Patrol: the dog patrols a tile/ small area for a limited time (20-30 seconds). During patrol if the dog is within 6 meters of a survivor and and has line-of-sight the dog will bark. For either ability if within the terror radius maybe the dog would growl but continue to move (this would only happen if the dog was within 3 or 4 meters of a survivor). Both abilities have the same "cool down" the killer would recall their dog. During recall the dog would not reveal the location of any survivors. Add ons include but are not limited to dogs jumping through windows, stopping near occupied lockers, revealing auras, greater detection ranges, moving faster, second dog.

Per Ideas

Fog of War: As your mission continues your link with the entity strengthens. For every generator completed reduce the killer terror radius by 2/2.5/3 meters. When the exit gate are powered a thick fog engulfs the map. The killer experiences less fog (20/30/40 or 40/50/60)

Shell Shocked: Years on the battlefield have given you a great displeasure for loud noises. Whenever a missed skill check or a rushed action is occurs within your terror radius you gain a 10/15/20 percent increase to all actions for 15 seconds. Shell Shocked has a cool down of 45 seconds.

HVT (High Value Target): Whether you took out the whole camp or just the target you get the job done. Become Obsessed with one survivor. When you hit a survivor with your primary attack who is not your obsessions, your obsessions aura is revealed for 4/5/6 seconds. When you hook a survivor who is not your obsession, the hooked survivor becomes your new obsession.
