Key Hatch Escape Bug

I wanted to use the key but i got stuck in idle animation instead. I was half way on the ground so i couldn't move and the killer downed me. i couldn't escape either when hatch opened for the last survivor. im using the steam version and it's the first time i've encountered with this bug, but i'm aware it's a known bug since a while.
