Kicked from game when hooking and banned???

Im on PC
I was playing a game as Blight and was just starting to hook a survivor (Adam) when the game froze up for a few seconds and kicked me to the pre lobby (hit spacebar to enter) screen, i got a 5 min ban

Yes, the developers reanabled their disconnection penatly without fixing their servers :)
