Two obsessions in one match with the perk for the people

I was playing with 3 friends and we all had For the people as a perk. When i got downed by a huntress and the other one tried to heal me to get e for the people, my game seemed to lag. He was down and i got up another second after that. Then he got rescued and i had two obsessions on my screen. It seemed like i was the only one who had this, so maybe it was a visual bug only.
Step 1 : Boot the game
Step 2 : Play as survive with friends in a public match
Step 3 : Get downed
Step 4 : Get rescued with E for the people
Step 5: Let the other one get rescued with E for the people
Additional information
- I played Zarina Kassir
- Perks: For the people, Soul guard, dead hard, borrowed time.
- Map: The corn map with no exclusiv building expect the shack.
This happend only this one time.
